Does your coaching really work?

Yes! My clients lose an average of 20-25 pounds a month and most feel more healthy and alive than they have for a very long time! My system works because I combine four essentials to losing weight: dedicated personalized support, connection with a community, easy new habits to make your own, and exceptional, science-based nutrition that your body will love. I believe you can reach your goal and I’ll be here for you helping you do that.

How much weight will I lose?

Of course, everybody is unique, so I can’t guarantee a certain amount of weight loss. But on average, my clients lose 2-5 lbs per week, or 20 lbs per month. More importantly, if you let me coach you and you follow the nutritional program, I promise that I will help you get amazing results.

Can I drink alcohol?

Any legitimate weight-loss program is going to recommend that you stay away from alcohol. It has more calories per gram than carbs and it is almost immediately converted to fat! So, it’s not your friend. You don’t have to completely abstain from alcohol to get results on my program. At the same time, as your coach, I will give you several tools to help you avoid it.

How much does it cost?

It’s amazing how affordable it can be to successfully lose weight, be healthy, and enjoy the best things in life. The average American spends $15-$20 per day and that adds up to a lot! We grab a Starbucks, or fast food meal for the family, and we let money drain out on poor quality food. Mindless spending can create a vicious cycle. Most clients actually save money when they work with me!

How long can I stay on the program?

This depends on what you want to accomplish. You can continue to work with me to support your long-term health and weight-loss goals for as long as you want! From weight loss to maintenance stage, I’m here for you, coaching you, keeping you on track. For as long as you want me, I’m here for you.

How much exercising do I have to do?

None! In the beginning of your program, exercise is not recommended. If you’re already exercising when you start with me, I might recommend that you reduce the intensity and time of your workout for the first couple of weeks as your body adjusts to the nutrition and calorie level it’s getting. Once you’ve reduced some weight, I’ll help you create an exercise program that works for you. It’s a healthy habit for everyone.

Exercise is a health habit! It improves metabolism, helps you burn calories faster, improves blood sugar levels, lung capacity, and has been proven to often decrease stress, anxiety, and depression. But you won’t need to exercise to extremes to get the weight loss you’re aiming for when you work with me!

Will I be able to eat normally?

By the word “normal” do you mean “unhealthy”?? Let’s be real. The truth is, those “normal” eating habits are deadly to a lot of us. So, yes, your eating habits will change — but that’s the good news. Simply put, our bodies need high quality fuel so we can feel good and have energy every day. On my program, you’ll eat six small meals a day including one protein+veggie meal. Your body will get what’s it’s been craving: nutrient-dense, non-GMO meals, packed with 24 vitamins and minerals and probiotics. You can choose from 60+ meal options. You’ll be amazed at how good you feel!

What’s the “fat burn” phase of the program?

Around day four of your program, you’ll feel like a switch has gone off in your body. It will recognize that it’s now getting the nutrition it needs and it will click into fat burning mode. At the same time, your blood sugar starts to stabilize, your energy sky-rockets, mental fog often lifts, and you will likely start sleeping better. If you’ve needed naps in the afternoon, you probably won’t feel you need them anymore. You’ll also feel less hungry and begin losing weight at a steady rate.

What if I have a food sensitivity or intolerance?

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, let me know. We’ll be careful to avoid products that contain anything you might have a reaction to.

What’s your refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with the nutritional products you’ve purchased, you can return them for a full refund within 30 days. But if you work with me, I am very confident you will get the results you are seeking!
